ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Business Meeting

CORPORATE RELATIONS AND SPONSORSHIP

This committee collaborates with Abacus's sponsors, sharing the mission of our organization. They also maintain strategic partnerships with Industry organizations and Affiliate groups. A member of this team is also lead volunteer for the co-hosted Career Fair. The President-Elect is the board liaison to this committee.

Digital social media

MARKETING

This committee actively maintains the LinkedIn account and the website. The team produces a periodic newsletter, annual report, and marketing materials for Abacus Events. The Marketing lead is responsible for managing the Abacus Inbox and membership distribution lists. The Secretary is the board liaison to this committee.

FINANCE

This committee manages the budget and reports key financial metrics. They work with the Sponsorship lead for fundraising and invoices and work with the Events lead to manage our expenses. The Treasurer is the board liaison to this committee,

Work Colleagues

EVENTS AND PROGRAMS

We aim to actively engage with our members. This committee organizes and facilitates events, such as the mentorship program, student program, the annual Leadership Summit, and webinar series. The Officer at Large is the board liaison to this committee.
